Working with Laurent on my engagement ring was an absolute pleasure. He personally selected a curated set of diamonds based on the criteria I gave him—and found the perfect stone for me and my future fiancée on the very first try. He was also incredibly helpful in designing the ring itself. From start to finish, the entire process took just 2–3 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Diamond Ideals.
My fiancé and I worked with Laurent to design our wedding bands and they came out beautiful! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and easy to work with during the entire process. We cannot recommend Laurent and Diamond Ideals enough.
Great service
I would give Laurent more stars if I could. From beginning to end, the process was very streamlined, friendly, and transparent. From helping me get smarter on all things diamonds to helping me narrow down my options, Laurent was a pleasure to work with. In the end, he was able to help me design a fully bespoke ring that she absolutely loved. Resizing was also very quick (for no extra charge). Could not recommend more!
