We first met Adam at Diamond House Jewellery a year ago when he fixed my partner's necklace (cheapo type from amazon) free of charge (the clasp was broken). He didn't have to as it wasn't his piece, but was willing to help. When it then came for me to buy an engagement ring for my partner, I thought a custom made ring by Diamond House would be too expensive. Went to this store yesterday to fix a ring that I bought overseas that was not set right. I believe it was the owner I was speaking to - he was very very helpful and super knowledgeable and informative of the process to sort out the issue I was having. I was very impressed with his knowledge and assistance. Would definitely recommend this jeweller for any custom pieces as they really know their stuff!
Adam was highly knowledgeable and was able to help us design wedding bands that both my husband and I loved! He has a deep knowledge of the industry and was more than happy to share the history of the jewellery and diamond industry as well as other pockets of wisdom which made the purchasing process not just incredibly insightful but also enjoyable.
