The man who repaired the crack on the trim did a very good job. he was prompt and the quality of work was excellent. The person that adjusted the cabinet doors was quick and through.
I do not recommend this organization for any future home buyers. I suggest evaluating your options prior to proceeding forward with Diamond Home LLC. Lack of customer services skills and finding a resolution for their home buyers along with the vague warranty contractural language that will costs you significantly down the road. Please be aware and take your business elsewhere. For further context the house was purchased 1 1/2 year ago.

Whoever drives their company truck is a horrible and irresponsible driver! Today off Mission Ridge and Paseo Del Este the man driving their company white truck ran a red light and then the stop sign off Mission Ridge and Northumberg. He then further crossed over two lanes recklessly with no signal and cut me off to turn into Westham Way. Idiots like this shouldn’t be on the road or representing your company. If your employees are reckless like this, it doesn’t reflect well on your business.
