Update: They took the money and disappeared. No one has contacted me yet, and they are not answering my calls. I hired Chris to clean and spray my roof, but he didn’t complete the job properly. The roof was not cleaned thoroughly, and the promised spry treatment was not applied. After the payment, they stopped responding to my messages. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their services unless they resolve this issue.
Hi Chris, I know you are the owner of this business, please return my call to arrange a refund or redo the job, instead of just replying here while continuing ghosting me in reality. I will keep updating this review to let others know how this situation is resolved.
