Well, unhappily, I am back again because the leak in the Sunroom roof has come back in exactly the same place. If Diamond is reputable and does something about this, I will be happy to raise the rating to 5 stars. Diamond Home Remodeling replaced all the siding, roofing, gutters, and gutter guards on my home in 2021. The beautiful customed room on the back of the house became a nightmare within a short time. I do not recommend Diamond Remodeling. In 2022, a representative named Nick Arnold came to my door and informed me that my roof and siding had storm damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company, which paid a portion of the cost, and I paid the remaining balance out of pocket. Diamond Remodeling completed the roof and siding replacement in 2022. Brandon came out to give us a quote to either repair or replace our roof about a year ago. He noticed that the damage had been done from prior storms in the area. He suggested going through homeowners insurance, which I had not done or even thought about. He then proceeded to do all of the necessary paperwork and meetings with our insurance adjuster, leaving me to be able to work without worrying about my family getting leaks or other roofing problems.
