Therapists and staff are really great. They offer Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at the home.
Staff is rude in bay city location.
I have been an employee with Diamond Home Health Care for over a year now. I work closely with our CNA's and HHA's on a daily basis and to say they go above and beyond for our clients would be an understatement. I truly take pride in our Private Duty services and the care we provide. In fact, I have recommended services to my very own family.
Its a shame what happened to common courtesy with staff in the bay city office. I previously worked for this company for 9 years. When i signed on again with them it was like politeness didnt even exsist. Main staff at a case didnot follow family wishes. When i was called by staff instead of asking for details i was yelled at like a child. Very unprofessional money driven
