Diamond Elevator was so great to work with. Barbara and Jennifer were super responsive and took time to walk me through the entire process. They were also very flexible with scheduling, and incredibly informative. Great team!

Beware of this company!!!!. After 4 weeks of waiting, they sent a technician who could not fix the elevator, told us we need to replace it and charged our credit card over $750 without our permission. We called a different elevator company that replaced the call button, charged us $290 Elevator is working fine now. Stay Away!!!!
