Very thorough people actually care.
This place is horrible I get being understaffed, but the staff that’s there isn’t friendly whatsoever. The nurse comes in, sticks her patients with whatever shots, and leaves, after showing no compassion whatsoever. It is DISGUSTING. My family member is often left with a dirty face and hands, as well as in dirty clothes and dirty bedding. They do not clean, it smells terrible, and no one is welcoming or friendly.
