This is a multi-step review, one for the HVAC business and one for the "emerging" lighting business. First let's get to the HVAC business. The Diamond team has some wonderfully trained HVAC technicians and when I used them for a second opinion, I believed I found the right company to maintain and service my HVAC system. Diamond is truly a class act from start to finish — they’ve basically turned furnace fixing into an art form (with customer service worthy of a standing ovation). Great HVAC experience with Diamond. Sky and Chris were kind, insightful, and easy to work with. They had good suggestions on system choices, heat pumps, dual fuel, multiple sensors, filters, and various installation options. They offered competitive pricing and very fast service. Thank you!
We purchased a membership that was advertised as including free service calls and discounted parts and labor. When we needed a water heater repair, we expected those benefits—but were charged full price. Only then were we told the membership only applies to HVAC. This feels misleading. The technicians were fine, but the way the membership was sold was unprofessional.
Apparently technology isn’t my #1 skill. I tried to rate my service with Andy today and discovered that I had not finished my rating for Anthony from several months ago - he is also with Diamond Heating and Cooling. They are both great! My experience with Diamond has been very pleasant. I don’t hesitate to recommend them !
