Diamond Heart owners George & Carolyn are very nice however do NOT know or follow the statutory guidelines for a home healthcare agency; they now have Destiny who evidently is supposed to know & has CE classes to figure it all out! They have hired PCA’s over the phone, without verifying the person they’re hiring is the person they send to clients homes which is the first violation: An agency is required to ALWAYS meet the PCA at a clients home BEFORE the services begin.
