I went to Diamond Heart to get my ears pierced. As it was my first piercing, I was rather nervous. I worked with Bryan and had a great experience. Bryan explained everything and provided opportunities to ask questions at every step. I felt at ease during the whole process. The shop was very clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Bryan and Diamond Heart for an excellent piercing experience!
Hands down the best experience. I got my nipples pierced and jacqui and Mia were so great. My anatomy is a bit more stubborn with those piercings as past two times at different shops have proven. But Mia walked me through the process so thoroughly and everything was done so cleanly and with the utmost consideration and planning. These piercings are never fun to get by any means but this was the first time where it didn't feel absolutely unbearable during or after. Had my first ear piercing today at the ripe old age of 48. Jacqui did my piercing and did a wonderful job and was very helpful and informative about what needed to be done for aftercare. She was very kind and answered all of my questions that I think she must hear 100 times a day. Everything was clean, sterile, and professional. Highly recommend.
