Nancy is professional and accommodating. I would also say I've never met anyone more skilled with color and highlights. I appreciate that she makes suggestions regarding color choices and keeps track of what we've tried in the past. Sheldon Cooper in the Big Bang Theory was right - there are haircut records, and Nancy has them!
