Like many of the reviews state, this place needs to work on customer service. I understand that they may think it’s not important because they’re offering competitive pricing, but I had a terrible and traumatizing experience due to their lack of professionalism. I got my hair braided for the first time ever and it was done so tight that it caused tons of breakage.
