There was almost a fight that broke out between two braiders. They stole a pack of my hair, clips, and crochet tools.
The service itself was fine at first, I made an appointment and they took me as soon as I got there. the ladies struggled with my braiding hair that I bought with me but said they could handle it. My parts however are messy, big and crooked in the back of my head where I couldn’t see. I just wish it didn’t cost 200$ for that. Besides that service is okay. Just don’t expect much.
Do not come here. My hair looks a mess! Very large braids when I asked for small! They shall never see me again
This establishment sucks. I got my hair braided 4 weeks ago and should have been more aware because honestly was not satisfied . The braider was nice and I was desperate to get my hair braided . Fast forward 4 weeks later and I need a re- touch. There customer service is horrendous. They appear to do hair nicely on IG but seriously it’s unorganized, unprofessional, and unaware of how to treat customers . Tried to overcharge me for a re-touch , I think not !!!
