I took my hair out
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Diamond Hair Braider in Newark. I showed the braider a picture of the exact style I wanted, and while she was doing my hair I asked her to redo several braids because I could already tell it wasn’t coming out the way I wanted. She did redo them, but the finished style still looked very different from the picture I showed her. Once I got home, I really noticed how far apart the braids were and how bulky the style looked. Love My Haití
I went in for small knotless braids in which I was quoted $200. I had no problem with that. The front of my hair is perfect (small like I asked) and the back is hideous! The braids are 3x larger than the front. I spoke with the owner, sent her pictures, and she offered to refund me $30. That is not enough for the rush job that was done by the braided who did the back! I tipped both of the women $20 each to only look at the back and see the large braids!
