This what I’m gonna comment I have been to this salon twice before. During my last visit, there were a few minor issues that were not worth complaining about. However, today was by far the worst experience, and I will never give this salon my money again. Since the new location opened, it feels like the original establishment has been completely neglected. Yesterday I went to Diamond Hair Braiding and received great service. My hair looks absolutely beautiful. I asked for small braids and got exactly what I wanted I didn’t have to get up and check my hair once. I had two women doing my hair, and they were both very nice and professional my hair was done in no time. I also got a wash and blow-dry, which felt amazing. I was able to make my appointment online, and the process was fast and easy. Thank you, Diamond Hair Braiding! I will definitely be back.

If I could leave a negative star; I would. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been to your salon four times now, and each time my braiding request has been ignored. I always ask for the same braid size, but the front is done much smaller while the back ends up three times bigger. The inconsistency is really frustrating, especially since I’ve been clear about what I want every visit. At this point, it feels like my requests are being completely disregarded. & I’ve voiced it calmly all the time
