Oh boy, let me tell you about our experience with this company in November 2023! So, they came over to our house a few times to tackle the issue at hand. At first, it seemed like they were really getting down to business, but then they just up and left without completing the work. And to make matters worse, they completely ignored our phone calls. Definitely not the mark of a professional company, if you ask me.
It's, uh, not exactly the most serious one around, if you catch my drift. We had this little plumbing mishap, and let's just say that dealing with them was a bit of a letdown. Total waste of time and money, if you ask me.
These guy were great. I call another company before them (Air Force?) and they did less and charged more. Diamond A tech knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. Took the time to call the factory to verify settings. Job was done right and at a fair price. I will use them again next time I need plumbing or HVAC. Thank you
