Installation was great, but stone wasn't sealed. Been waiting on a repair call for months. I keep calling, they keep telling me someone will call me back but no one does. Used them for three different homes, but never needed service until now. Very disappointed
We had an exemplary experience with Diamond Granite and highly, highly recommend them. We love our Quartize counter tops, island, and porcelain backsplash, which are not only beautiful but installed with great precision. They did an absolutely incredible job with our countertops. We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They also added a backsplash for us that turned out amazing. However, do not expect them to do any sort of service work. If you have a chip, they will “put you on the list” and I’m convinced they will only come fix it if they have a big job next door. Diamond granite was terrific! Samantha was very helpful, patient and get samples for us as we had a hard time picking a countertop. We checked with other quartz shops that told us our main kitchen counter would require multiple seams with the largest one located near the corner. After Samantha had the countertop measured, Diamond installed the countertop with one very small seam at our sink. It’s so well done that our guests cannot find it until we point it out to them.
