When an apt is scheduled for a time, and the people installing the windows show up over an hour and a half late, and leave messes after they install the windows, I'm not too sure they have "great customer service". The price was decent so I'm sure that's what's keeping them going but it was awful having to reschedule everything to meet their techs "running a few minutes behind" when in reality it was hours behind. Would absolutely not recommend.
