The worst customer service; I took my RV in last year to get the rear glass repaired. My initial experience was good, Ron advised the best option to repair the outer pane was with good quality UV plexiglass( I provided them the piece and they said they would call to schedule me in as they were swamped due to a hailstorm. I waited; called back and nothing. I ended up having to put the RV away for storage and no call. ALERT FOR OWNER I called HARMAN two days in a row to schedule a tech visit for a broken window. She forgot to call me back the next day as promised. I called her back myself and requested a schedule. She rudely told me to go somewhere else! I wouldn’t recommend this place just because they don’t seem to need anyone business.
