AS A BLACK WOMAN AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING MY NIECE AND I WERE FOLLOWED AROUND IN THE STORE. THAT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ONE STAR IS NOT EVEN WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORTH… THE GUY AT THE REGISTER WAS NICE.
I do not recommend anyone shop here. Especially, women of color! This location OVERCHARGES! I purchased 3 items and the total did NOT sit well with me. I purchased a leave in conditioner which was $9.99 and he charged me $10.99. When I questioned him, he seemed shocked that I made mention of it. So, I went back to check the price of each individual item and to ensure that he rang each item CORRECTLY!!! It is absolutely ridiculous disgusting AND ILLEGAL for them to charge more than the advertised price for items!!!!!
If you are a Black women or young Black girl** STAY AWAY***from this business. The Location on Pines Blvd, at the Boulevard Square shopping Plaza, specifically racially profiles young Black girls and women. We Need to Support businesses that appreciate and honor our Patronage. This was the first time my children ever experienced racial profiling, but thank God they know their worth and power.
I noticed I left the house without my earrings and I ran into Diamond Girl beauty supply hoping they carried the gold hoops I always use. This was my first time stopping by and I was so surprised with all the products they carried including the gold hoops I love. The store is well organized and clean with a really large variety of items, the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back to purchase more beauty supplies. Thank you for your help!
Don't buy hair unless you are sure you are going to keep it they don't offer returns or exchanges now I'm stuck with a hair that was never opened and I am not going to use because the owner refuses to give me a refund or exchange
