Horrible business, Tariq the Manager or owner is not a man of his word. Before buying the product I told him I would only buy it if we could return it because it was a gift. He said due to the holiday spirit he would return it if the person I bought it for didn't like it. Not even 5h later I came back to return the item and he said no return policy he would only exchange the item. WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSSINESS. We are aware of the posted company policy but the manager mentioned he would allow a refund due to holidays/ gift circumstances. 5 hours after purchase we attempted to return the unopened item and Tariq the manager mentioned exchanges only all of a sudden. Tariq the manager has no integrity and fails to understand business ethics/ customer retention. Not worth promoting a local business like this.

AS A BLACK WOMAN AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING MY NIECE AND I WERE FOLLOWED AROUND IN THE STORE. THAT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ONE STAR IS NOT EVEN WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORTH… THE GUY AT THE REGISTER WAS NICE.
