Horrible business, Tariq the Manager or owner is not a man of his word. Before buying the product I told him I would only buy it if we could return it because it was a gift. He said due to the holiday spirit he would return it if the person I bought it for didn't like it. We are aware of the posted company policy but the manager mentioned he would allow a refund due to holidays/ gift circumstances. 5 hours after purchase we attempted to return the unopened item and Tariq the manager mentioned exchanges only all of a sudden. Tariq the manager has no integrity and fails to understand business ethics/ customer retention. Not worth promoting a local business like this.

AS A BLACK WOMAN AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING MY NIECE AND I WERE FOLLOWED AROUND IN THE STORE. THAT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ONE STAR IS NOT EVEN WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORTH… THE GUY AT THE REGISTER WAS NICE.

I do not recommend anyone shop here. Especially, women of color! This location OVERCHARGES! I purchased 3 items and the total did NOT sit well with me. I purchased a leave in conditioner which was $9.99 and he charged me $10.99. When I questioned him, he seemed shocked that I made mention of it. So, I went back to check the price of each individual item and to ensure that he rang each item CORRECTLY!!! It is absolutely ridiculous disgusting AND ILLEGAL for them to charge more than the advertised price for items!!!!!
