Super friendly and kind people help me fix my engagement ring when it busted also does free cleanings on jewelry and rings ! Highly recommend
We go here for our jewelry repairs. We have had my wedding ring prongs repaired, the rings cleaned, a herringbone necklace reclasped and cleaned, links removed from bracelets, and batteries changed in watches. The staff is always friendly and helpful! One visit was for our grandson and despite the jewelry being low end they still helped it fit his wrist. We loves this jewler and highly recommend them
I was very surprised by my experience, especially after reading so many positive reviews. I had a custom wedding set made with a diamond we provided, and the quality was disappointing. The prongs were messy, some weren’t touching the diamond, and the diamond itself was crooked. The jacket was also made incorrectly the first time. They agreed to fix it, but when we got it back, the work was still sloppy.
