I've been going there for years for watches - service and batteries. Great people, reasonable pricing, and they can do a lot while you wait. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed in my jewelry “repair”. Recently, a ring that is very special to me broke in the middle of the band. They repaired it and were supposed to thicken the shank with extra gold to prevent this from happening again. I paid extra for the thicker shank also. When I received the ring back it was repaired but the shank looked to be the same thickness it was before I had it fixed.
