Brought my ring in to get a chip diamond replaced. Picked it up and didn’t wear it right away. When I did, I felt it scraping my finger. After taking a closer look, I notice the ring was damaged. The damage was not there when I brought it in. I went back to Diamond Galleria and was told they didn’t do the damage but could fix it for a fee (Big surprise there). If you ever bring any jewelry there for any work done, please check it over before you leave.
TD was amazing. He helped my sister and her fiancé pick out the wedding bands of their dreams. This store also offers great prices and the best customer care. The quality of the rings are also amazing. I highly recommend.
