After numeroucalls telling me they couldn't deliver my package I went to pick it up. When arriving they informed me that it was out for delivery. Worst freight company I have ever dealt with.
Absolutely the worst business experience Ive ever had. Two separate days I took off work to receive my shipment, only to have them not show. Both days, when I called them, they were unaware who I was, how to track my shipment, or even find who had my order. The second day they scheduled the delivery but failed to even process it. They told me it was enroute, an HOUR after the 4 hour window, just to call me back 10 minutes later and tell me all drivers had gone home, and the previous statement, by the same agent, was made up.... read more
If you expect any sort of semblance of quality control, real-time tracking, or even general information on if your delivery is in their warehouse or not pray you don't have your item shipped through Diamond Freight. Expect your shipping time frame to extend several days if DFS has any part of lading your goods.
