Had to get a recall done on my vehicle, Nick at quick lane was great he was able to get me in and out same day without any problems. I’m thankful they got me in quickly since I hardly have any off days.
Called to make an appointment which was such a breeze. Nick at the quick lane helped me out and was actually able to get me in the very next day. The whole process was smooth and I was able to get in and out very quickly. Definitely will return!
I live in Tehachapi, so I'm equally between Jim Burke of Bakersfield and Diamond Ford. I bring my car in every 10,000 miles for an inspection. In May 2025, I also decided to get 4 new tires. At 50,000 miles, they were still safe but probably wouldn't last until 60,000 miles, and Ford just happened to have a promotion of "Buy 3 get 1 free" or something like that.
