I tried to call and ask about the cost of a service, I went to the website called the service phone number listed and every time I was transferred to somewhere else. I finally got to be able to call the service desk, but the phone kept ringing without an answer. This happened 3 times over the course of an hour. I've literally never seen a service center try so hard to not get paid. It's very sad this is the only Ford dealer in the area, better to just save yourself the headache and just make the drive to a different service ... read more

Had to get a recall done on my vehicle, Nick at quick lane was great he was able to get me in and out same day without any problems. I’m thankful they got me in quickly since I hardly have any off days.

Called to make an appointment which was such a breeze. Nick at the quick lane helped me out and was actually able to get me in the very next day. The whole process was smooth and I was able to get in and out very quickly. Definitely will return!
