Amazing beautiful flowers however I got the arrangement with a Happy Birthday balloon for our memorial flower set. I understand mistakes happen. They even replaced it the following day but only if we gave back the other flower set! However once we got the replacement bouquet, unfortunately the new vase was unstable and doesn’t sit flat. If someone walks by it wrong, it could fall over. I guess we just got all the bad luck. Delivered on the wrong date and left it at the wrong place after contacting me the day before and setting up a time for delivery with me. No notice of leaving it anywhere so I could’ve at-least picked it up myself. Never received my delivery. Very very unprofessional.
