This is the first response we have received addressing the concerns raised in our earlier social media post, so thank you for finally replying. While we appreciate the suggested solution, the core issue remains: this problem did not exist before the coating was installed. There was no water seepage, no puddling, and no uneven drainage in the garage prior to your work being completed.
