They were absolutely amazing and helped me on the spot!
My family and I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. They took a minor accident and turned it into a car that is near completely destroyed. Tonya is rude disrespectful and dismissive. They caused more damage to my car than it went in there with.
This place is awful. Tonya does not have any business running this place. A minor situation has turned into a car that is having so many issues that they refuse to acknowledge. I am so disappointed.
Minor bumper work turned into a nightmare due to Caliber Collision's faulty work with electrical, resulting in having to take my car multiple times to the dealership to fix issues caused by their repair. Did unnecessary work not related to collision repair (fixed door ding), even after verbal instruction not to.
During the week that my mom passed away someone in a parking lot scraped my driver's side bumper on my BMW X1. No note, no anything, another stress I did not need! We made our way to Caliber Collision on Edison off Gutierrez Street and they fixed the bumper promptly and perfectly ... no stress!
