My experience with caliber was above and beyond 5 stars. It was a smooth experience with very friendly customer service and assistance in having a driver to rental car and later leaving my car for rental company to pick up. Very seamless. When I picked up my car, I was so impressed by the cosmetic repair. My car came back looking better than before I dropped it off inside and out. Thanks!!!
Tanya was so great to work with, everyone from the front desk staff to the repair guy were so friendly and helpful. They really take the time to walk you through what your vehicle needs and the repairs they will perform. Couldn't recommend this place enough. AND my vehicle was repaired almost a week before planned, so I got it back early!
They were absolutely amazing and helped me on the spot!
My family and I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. They took a minor accident and turned it into a car that is near completely destroyed. Tonya is rude disrespectful and dismissive. They caused more damage to my car than it went in there with.
This place is awful. Tonya does not have any business running this place. A minor situation has turned into a car that is having so many issues that they refuse to acknowledge. I am so disappointed.
