Used them for a substantial business loan, and I thoroughly regret using them. They would go weeks without answering phone calls and emails, which almost killed the deal several times. When they did get back to me, it’s was just an impersonal, unhelpful answer. This company created so much unnecessary stress and drama. Finally, since I was asking for communication so much they treated me with contempt towards the end of the deal. EDIT: Notice how they haven’t even responded to this review 6 mo later. This company created so much unnecessary stress and treated me terribly.
