“We ordered 8 different O-rings for a total of $1000, but instead of shipping everything in one package, the supplier sent four separate shipments. Each package (20cm x 20cm x 20cm, 1kg) contained only 10-30 O-rings, and the shipping cost us $280 per package. On top of that, we paid customs fees of $80-$190 per shipment. Final cost of this order was more than double due to mishandling. This supplier, recommended by a partner company, was a major disappointment. Very unprofessional and costly experience.”
