Keep getting voicemails to schedule a delivery, when I call back the phone just rings & rings... I let it ring for several minutes. No one answers, and there's no voicemail. Very frustrating.
My experience with this company was terrible, I recommend you do not work with them. Multiple failures to deliver at item, entirely at the companies fault, over weeks of time. Customer service was appalling, and instead of solving problems they'll be happy to offer you excuses such as as employees being out so we couldn't deliver, we forgot to put it on the truck, and my favorite "freight is hell."
