My family and I were trying to exchange earrings that we had bought online, they couldn’t help and weren’t the nicest about it. One of the younger male employees kept staring at me, it was making me very uncomfortable. I ignored it but his vibe was weird…Won’t be coming back :p

Horrible customer service. They are not professional whatsoever! They completely messed up my ring order and tried to say they did nothing wrong it wasn't their fault!! Communication with your customers is key, they did not do this. I had to reach out to them after not hearing anything for 5 weeks for them to tell me they sized my ring wrong and had to redo it. This was the owner I spoke with and he was very rude, unprofessional, and flat out mean. He didn't want to do anything to rectify the issue. I'll never be going back ... read more

Micah was fabulous. Gave him a very vague description of bracket I was looking for, he not only found the perfect bracelet but gift wrapped it for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!!
