Resized my ring 3 years after it was initially purchased it with a clean and polish! Such an excellent professional job done. My ring looks just like it did the day of proposal!
I'm so glad that my fiancé went through DX Diamonds for my engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning, perfect in every aspect. I recently had my ring resized and cleaned, and the DX team were so lovely to deal with. They really take care of you. End-to-end they have been amazing, can't recommend them enough !
The initial impression during the first inquiry stage and diamond viewing was very positive, with a personalised and attentive service that stood out. May 2025: I previously left a 5 star review back in November 2019 and I would love to add a 6 star review today. Giselle from the Sydney office provided excellent service. I recommend DX Diamonds. Nov 2019: I am a fussy buyer and I like to understand the details. Diamonds are unique, literally no two diamonds are exactly the same.
