This company damaged my Tesla by knocking a construction fence over and on to the street, clipping my car. They refuse any liability when my Sentry videos clearly show their employee doing the damage. We provided Safety manager, Pablo Martinez, our videos and contact numbers. He was rude and disrespectful to call the owner and tell him not to pay us a dime, that it was previous damage. Only a dishonorable man and dishonorable company would not provide their insurance information to determine the real truth.
Replaced United Site Services with Dimond because United told me they no longer did single service units. Already had an inspection and 4 services from Dimond when they tell me I need to send photos of my tanks. I do so for them to tell me they can't service me because there's an old united service sticker on the tank. I'm left now, with full tanks and abandoned by a company, I've already been serviced by, for a terrible reason. United was the best.
