This company damaged my Tesla by knocking a construction fence over and on to the street, clipping my car. They refuse any liability when my Sentry videos clearly show their employee doing the damage. We provided Safety manager, Pablo Martinez, our videos and contact numbers. He was rude and disrespectful to call the owner and tell him not to pay us a dime, that it was previous damage. Only a dishonorable man and dishonorable company would not provide their insurance information to determine the real truth.
Replaced United Site Services with Dimond because United told me they no longer did single service units. Already had an inspection and 4 services from Dimond when they tell me I need to send photos of my tanks. I do so for them to tell me they can't service me because there's an old united service sticker on the tank. I'm left now, with full tanks and abandoned by a company, I've already been serviced by, for a terrible reason. United was the best. Had a bad experience with this company and the people operating it. They made a mistake, admitted to the mistake and didn’t refund a cent. In fact they played musical chairs with who got to bully me into dropping the conversation. Seems like they are run by scammers. When I search them , it looks like other people feel scammed. Not quite sure if this company has ever done anything honestly.
Great company for your portable toilet needs. Rubi helped me out, made it very easy to order and super fast response and very knowledgeable. Would recommend their service to anyone that needed portable toilet needs
