I was happy with the porta potty, the security fence, and the customer service. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I wasn't told that the privacy screen needed slits cut in it to let the wind pass through. As a result, the wind blew the fence off-kilter, and they wanted to charge me a lot of money to come back out and re-install it. So I just dealt with an off-kilter fence for the rest of my renovation, which was frustrating. Otherwise, I was happy with my experience.
The field service was good but customer service was very un-accomodating when I called ONE day late to have our unit picked up. I understand there's no pro-rating for early pick up but it wasn't early pickup I was questioning. It was being billed for a unit that was no longer needed. I thought we were billed from 1-31st of each month. I called to have the unit removed on the 22--the same they charged my card again. We have used the service for several years-seasonally. I'll be looking elsewhere for next season.
