Over engineers causing you to pay more on over kill. Wouldn't recommend. Has me paying over 10 k to put pipe in a drive ways he said the state requires it.. but they don't in any other town in the state.The only thing about that rules is . It's only in his world. Your not going to see 18" culverts in any and all drive ways . He allow a lied when he said the state requires it .
