I am very disappointed in Diamond Electronics! I agreed to have a home alarm system and outside cameras installed. I explained to them from the beginning that my WiFi was not the best where l live. They told me that they had dealt with this issue before and assured me they would install the cameras and they would work just fine. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is excellent, goes above and beyond. Honest, upfront and transparent regarding services and pricing. TV and security installation work was fantastic. Installers were very friendly neat, and precise with cable management and clean up. They are not commission based and will not try and sell anything unnecessary. Great local company. Highly recommended.
