Mark came out on a Sunday morning to help with finding out why only half the house had power. He was very professional and very detailed when explaining everything. He had also brought along his passenger princess Ruby, I believe that's her name. She was very well behaved so much so that our own pups didn't even know that she was there.
Called Mark when the pole in our yard snapped at ground level dropping live wires over the road and our driveway. Eversource cut the wires to clear the road. The next day we called Mark. He arrived shortly, assessed the damages. He had to leave for another appointment but returned to let us know he found a replacement pole. It wasn't long before it arrived.
