This father and son company is PHENOMENAL!!! They are the nicest, respectful people and you will not be disappointed. Very affordable, professional, and easy to talk to. They even showed me the process of pumping out our septic since I wanted to know and were so respectful about it. They also were cautious with my kids and watched for their safety which was appreciated. If you need any company to come out and pump your septic, look no further and use this company! You will not be disappointed. We will use them going forward!

I called them yesterday for a routine pumping. They came out today. These guys did a great job and we’re very thorough. Even though I have the largest residential septic system they’ve ever seen they were able to get it all in one truckload. They washed out each tank with a water hose and checked it with a flashlight and allowed me to see how good of a job they did. Very impressed and will use them every time in the future.

We had a major septic emergency one night when our toilets stopped flushing and water began backing up into the house. We shut off the main water and tried calling the company that had recently worked on our system—only to find out later they caused the issue—but they didn’t even answer. I called these guys late Saturday night, and they were glad to come from Honey Grove to outside Paris 6 miles... They emptied all 3 tanks in no time, they even washed them out, they cleaned up, not leaving any mess at all. They came in met my family and even played hoops with my special needs son..... I thought the rates were verry reasonable, and 2 of the nicest men youll ever meet, Robert and Dustin Eitel thanks again.. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Diamond E Environmental was excellent when they came out to pump our aerobic system in Blue Ridge. They were able to get us in promptly, and worked with my schedule so I could be home. They were thorough, yet efficient and got our system back on track, and made sure everything was working perfectly when they were done. They’re family owned and operated by good, honest people and I highly recommend them for your septic needs!
