They were supposed to clean our wood floors from wax. They did clean the wax but then proceeded to make an enormous mess which will cost over $4500 to fix. They are crooks no question. They never cleaned the floors and insisted they put a coating on top. There are hairs locked in everywhere along with other debris and bubbling as you will see in the pictures. I used diamond to paint and seal the grout throughout the floors of my new home. Roxie did a wonderful job. He also cleaned the carpets upstairs. There were a few stains that he was able to get clean! Thank you for a job well done !

Another satisfied customer! Requested the services of Justin and Roxie 02/10/24. Roxie arrived on time, assessed the work being requested, and after coordinating with Justin on the phone, provided an estimate. Within a day or two, Justin arrived to perform the work requested. This company was recommended to me. I needed someone to clean and seal my grout in the kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room and hallway. Justin came out with a helper and they cleaned the tile and grout. They put two coats of a tinted seal on all the grout but in the kitchen they did three coats. They applied the grout seal on their hands and knees. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

The guy was at my house for 35 minutes in all to clean my entire sectional couch for $200 and when he left I fluffed the cushions and dirt still came off of them. Not worth the amount of money I paid when I could take a wet paper towel and swipe it across the cushion and have just as much dirt come off as before the cleaning. The guy was nice that’s why I gave 2 stars.
