I called Diamond Diamond Doors when my garage spring broke. Matt provided a reasonable quote and came by tofix the door shortly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answeredall my questions. He even took the time to lubricate the door's hardware and reinforce a part of the door that had been bent from a previous incident. Fantastic experience with Matt from Diamond Doors when our garage door's torsion spring broke. From the start, Matt was incredibly professional and well-prepared with all the necessary parts after I requested high-cycle springs. However, I realized I hadn't mentioned that our door was oversized. Instead of just using the parts he brought, which would have sufficed but were on the upper range for weight, he made the extra effort to return to the supply co and get new springs specifically suited for our door's size and weight.... read more
