Ibpught s 2023 dodge ram truck from these guys in December of last year. It only had 10 k on it. I've put on 8k and it's been to dodge 5 times now in the past month. Check engine light comes on ans park blinks. Service shifter. Service transmission, service trailer lights. And it still does this

Stellantis and Diamond Dodge have held my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude (6000km) FOR FIVE MONTHS inside the Melfort facilityJanuary 28, 2025 to today...and still counting. It needs a new motor. They won't replace it. They're trying to patch up a lemon with 'reengineered parts'. Supposedly Stellantis engineers are 'working on it' whatever that means. There is no practical communication. There is no practical solution being put forward. Just SILENCE and STALLING, hoping I trade it on so they make more money off of me... read more
Dropped the truck off for a detail at 8 am as I was told. Parked it at 8:05, nobody was there so I locked it and put my keys in the gas tank, called and let them know within a few minutes of dropping off my truck. Half a day went by, came by and saw my truck in the same spot, peeked in and saw it wasn’t done! Lady came out and long story short wasn’t going to be done today, the detailers don’t work Saturday’s so figured Monday they would fit me in, but nope they’re all booked up 👍🏼 right on just what I wanted to hear.
