Poor customer service , wasted the whole day in the parking lot waiting for a part he new well wont arrive till next day ,called the sister store and they confirmed the order was meant to arrive next day. Got me twice like that with next day promise just to get the order in .He could have played half way decent and advise to call before heading out to pick up the part because ups is not always reliable .Big change from previous team.
I ordered this product because a friend recommended it for my truck. I checked on the status and it says delivered at mailbox. I live in a rural area that all mailboxes are next to each other. 4 of them. I can see my house from my mailbox. I've had Amazon delivered to my house weekly and USPS and all packages are left on the porch. I asked the seller to look into the delivery and they respond. ("See attached.")
