Despite multiple reminders, phone calls and involvement from the NSW Small Business Commission's Mediation Services, we have not received payment for the goods provided. As a small business, we rely on fair and honest dealings with all our customers. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, and we would urge others to ensure payment terms are met before supplying products to this business.
