Low quality merchandise and customer service, I tried one of the ring with sapphire looks like its a used ring lot of scratches and not even cleaned and when i asked the guy there told me it's new but looks like that , what a joke he tried to lie but was not a good one ....be a way from that store.
I bought my wedding bands from this horrible place. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. NEVER BUY Anything from them. Here is my experience They are RUDE AND not honest, they promised me that they will design my wedding ring the model I chose, I gave them the instruction how I wanted, then after I paid and went to pick it up, they said "No they can not, and they said that they told me from the beginning that they were going to try to do the design but if they could not it will stay like it is.
