Doug and his team were fantastic. I had a dental emergency yesterday. Everyone was very considerate of the situation, and helped make the experience seamless. The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and excellent communicators, and made sure I was looked after from first point of contact to even checking in on me the following day after the procedure. As a super nervous dental patient, I have found Doug and Erica to be an incredible team when it comes to compassion, care and gentleness. They always put me at ease and are very understanding if my anxiety around dentists. (Thanks childhood dental trauma!😭) Highly recommend Diamond Dental.🙌
I had a toothache emergency appointment at Diamond Dental yesterday and I was really pleased with my treatment. I ended up getting an old filling removed and a new one done. Luke, the dentist was professional, friendly, and best of all, he made sure nothing hurt!! I also appreciated the tv to take my mind off the procedure. The whole team at Diamond Dental care have impressed me greatly from my first phone call to the follow up care that they provided for my intellectually impaired adult daughter, Jeni, who is apprehensive and anxious when it comes to dentists.
