The work is great & my smile was unbelievably transformed into something I never imaged it could be. That is undeniable. The office is immaculate & state of the art. However the office’s extremely limited hours make it difficult to cancel or reschedule appointments as they require 3 business days notice and you must talk to someone on staff in order to change or reschedule. The incessant calls and texts from the office to remind you of your appointment was enough to make us leave. Insane. Overly aggressive and accusing when you try to reschedule. No complaints about the dental care. The staff is insufferable though.
If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. I was referred to Diamond Dental from a family member and I was not disappointed at all. Everyone is extremely professional and very courteous. Not only that but the work they do is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you to everyone who made my experience here great! Can’t wait to see them in 2026 & I’m already recommending everyone I know!
