10 out of 10 from start to finish. The craftsmanship is top-notch every time I look at my deck, I’m seriously impressed. The contrast between the decking and the railings looks amazing. Everything was handled really well, and the financing process was super easy. I’m beyond happy with how it all turned out.
Best experience I could’ve asked for! Traye helped me from start to finish turn my old damaged deck into a beautiful oasis! He was super knowledgeable about everything and gave me numerous choices to personalize it. Super responsive to any questions I had for him and his crew seemed super professional and knowledgeable as well can’t thank them enough
The experience with Diamond Decking was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They strung an easy job along for longer than necessary and gave “finish” dates about 5 times. They do not understand that making it right goes a long way. Trey is rude, does not oversee the job (I kept him in the loop on the amount of no shows) and doesn’t accept responsibility.
