When our previous pool company decided to stop service in the Palestine area, they sent us to another local small business service company. We only had them for a few months because our pool was literally never blue and clean. We decided to do the pool maintenance ourselves. Mistake. We quickly had a pond of split pea soup in our yard. We called Dalton, and within a week and a half he redeemed our pool back to beautiful, blue, sparkling water. He will continue our weekly maintenance. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Dalton is fantastic! I'm located near Montalba and he has been keeping our pool sparkling and clear for about a year now. He doesn't mind my crazy menagerie of pets or my kids and is always cheerful, polite, and fun to talk with. When it comes to pools, he is a wealth of knowledge. He just great all around! I absolutely recommend him!!!
Dalton is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and an extremely pleasant guy. He also listens (huge asset). I had lost hope as I was trying to clean my dirty pool after being covered all winter. Dalton identified my problem immediately and proceeded to whip my pool back into shape within one hour. My pool is now pristine. I am amazed and SO happy I found Dalton! 10+++
I have greatly appreciated the professionalism Dalton has in running his business. He is always happy to answer questions and I always have a few. I had been cleaning the pool myself which was a struggle! My wonderful daughter hired Dalton of Diamond D to help me. I was hesitant but he’s so responsive. My pump was leaking but when I inquired several months ago about replacement I was quoted a price of about $800! So I decided to live with the leak. I live in Donie, TX. It’s approximately 45 miles from Elkhart. I had trouble with my pool. The pool motor was running, but it wasn’t pumping water. I contacted Dalton on a short notice. He didn’t hesitate on a short notice , Dalton was Awesome!! He came out and solved my problem. He went above and beyond on a moments notice. My granddaughter”s birthday swimming party is tomorrow.
