Dalton is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and an extremely pleasant guy. He also listens (huge asset). I had lost hope as I was trying to clean my dirty pool after being covered all winter. Dalton identified my problem immediately and proceeded to whip my pool back into shape within one hour. My pool is now pristine. I am amazed and SO happy I found Dalton! 10+++
Mr. Dalton has been wonderful to work with. He is very reliable and knowledgeable about his profession. He is really helpful pricing and installing parts. He always answers any questions we have. Now we can enjoy our pool everyday. Highly recommend working with Mr. Dalton if you have a pool!
I have greatly appreciated the professionalism Dalton has in running his business. He is always happy to answer questions and I always have a few. I had been cleaning the pool myself which was a struggle! My wonderful daughter hired Dalton of Diamond D to help me. I was hesitant but he’s so responsive. We can’t say enough about Dalton. He is a very knowledgeable young man who walked us through the cleaning and maintaining of our in ground vinyl pool. We are new to pool ownership and knew absolutely nothing. Dalton a very polite mannered young man has made us comfortable with texting him when we have a problem and walking us through problem solving. I give Diamond D pool service high stars, because he works hard at what he does and he deserves it!
My granddaughter and I hired Diamond D Pool Service (Dalton) in order to relieve my daughter (who owns the pool) of the daily concern about keeping the pool clean and sparkling. Dalton is a pleasant young man who is always willing to answer questions and explain his process and procedures. He is professional, reliable and efficient. I highly recommend him.
