I would’ve left a five-star, but I was really disappointed in the price. I brought my bicycle in recently just to have a brake cable installed, and I was charged full labor. I had already installed the brake lever and brake components for the rear since it is a BMX & only wanted a rear brake setup. Rental in Diamond Cycle Montclair was an ideal choice: easy reservation online, cordial staff, big public parking garage nearby, they had an extra Garmin mount for my Edge 1030, bike had 2 water bottle mounts - ideal for humid and hot NJ summer. Rented a mountain bike for my son while he was visiting. Easy to reserve online, and when we arrived the bike was set up perfectly and was a higher end Giant. Absolutely loved it! We’ll be back.
I rented a full suspension mountain bike for a MTB skills clinic that I was attending. The staff at diamond cycles were really helpful and answered all my questions and concerns while they fitted the bike for me. The bike was perfect and they made the pickup and drop off very easy.
