Best. Venue. Ever. Katie and Samantha were the BEST people to work with. They make everything exactly how you want it. They walk with you through everything. They are calm and peaceful on the day of!! They made me (the bride) have 0 stress at all. The venue is so beautiful. I still to this day have my guests tell me they have never been to a more beautiful wedding venue. Overall perfect and I’d get married here 10000000 times over again!
10/10 recommend this venue! It is the best venue in Nashville area and the ownership and management is the best in the biz. Outside of selecting your spouse/partner of course, the next most important decision you will make for your wedding- is your venue. This is a beautiful venue. However, the sales director, Samantha, makes it a nightmare. I attended a wedding here and her unprofessional tone and her rude demeanor towards wedding guests were appalling. How this place still runs with her there is mind blowing. Again, the venue absolutely gorgeous but if you want your friends and family to be treated with kindness and respect, I would look elsewhere.
This a review that I received as the MOB from one of my closest friend's after attending our daughter's wedding. Samantha, Manager of the venue, was rude to our wedding planner, bridal party and all vendors for which we retained for that day. Diamond Creek is a beautiful venue and perfect for a wedding! We had a great wedding here and have amazing pictures from this day. Unfortunately, we had multiple distasteful interactions with the Director of Sales, Samantha, from day one that carried over to wedding day. Before booking this venue I would make sure to clarify everything that is actually included in your payment to the venue and what is rented/supplied through a third party.
