RIP OFF! Beware of this company! I’m just thankful that I don’t trust them with a big job! I called them to replace a threshold on my basement door and they removed the entire door frame and all. The replacement ‘door’ is all wrong and water is coming in like a river. They’ve been out FIVE 5 times to rectify the situation and only made it worse. They’ve made 2 additional appointments to come out to ‘fix’ it after John begged for and was granted another chance to try and rectify the situation. It’s not fixed and they’re not s... read more
John and Angely are great to work with! We had interior water damage from a leaking skylight and they both made the whole process so easy. The whole team/crew was very professional!
Diamond Construction removed a leaky roof and replaced it with a rubber membrane….John was excellent to come to our house quickly to give us an estimate. He made sure the jobbwas done perfectly. I would hire his company in the future….highly recommended!
I received an immediate response to my inquiry for the small job I needed done. John came out the next day and was very pleasant. He unfortunately wasn't able to help us with the small repair but discovered a more concerning issue with a section of the siding near the top of the roof. It was loose and was moving when the wind blew and was subject to falling off the house. We had not noticed it and were grateful that John spotted it. We've used Diamond for various odds and ends projects at our home the last few years. Most recently the repair of a garage to basement door/door frame. They were timely in their communications and did a great job for the price. We intend to use them again!
