They Promised to give estimate and said they are available to do the work, finally after 3 weeks of promising estimate he gave me estimate for different job, they never bothered reading the job details. if you can't the job just say so, don't promise 3 weeks "yes I can do it, will send you estimate tomorrow" & drag it out 3 weeks then say sorry I can't do it. the whole way they dealt with me was very unprofessional.

The guy is a crook came the first time paid him for the whole year of cleaning the gutter service and still a no show $300 later his name is John marine cor veteran do not get sucked into his bull sh••

I had a leak on my roof in one spot and John said the whole roof has to be replaced. He charged $2000 more than we closed for garbage removal and part of garbage left on my neighbor property. After first rain the roof leaked in three places and he claimed the problem is in HVAC. I called three different HVAC companies and all of them said the problem is not there but in roof. John said there is a 10 years warranty on material and labor. I keep calling him with no answer and he never get back to me. Just stay AWAY from these ... read more

Two weeks ago I contacted John (owner) at Diamond Construction and was extremely pleased with him and his company. Yes, the owner of this prestigious company took my call and promptly arrived during the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem with my chimney and wrote up an estimated description of the scope of work to be done. Then his staff arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work exactly as stated on the contract. I wish other companies held this belief and level of ethics.
